Sweetness with Purpose
"Gracious words are a honeycomb, sweet to the soul and healing to the bones." — Proverbs 16:24
This verse isn't just our inspiration, it's our calling.
At A&A Honey Co. is a ministry of stewardship. God entrusted us with these incredible creatures, and we take that responsibility seriously. Every hive we rescue, every jar we bottle, is an act of worship and gratitude for the natural world He created.
We're Aaron and Nicole Riker, along with our children Adrian and Ava, a Redlands family who believes in doing things the right way, even when it's harder, slower, or less profitable.

What Make Us Different?
No heating, no filtering, no additives. Just pure Redlands honey the way nature intended.
Our Hives
Carefully placed apiaries throughout Redlands capture the region's diverse flora.
Gentle Harvest
We hand-select frames at peak ripeness, always leaving enough for our bees.

Cold Extraction
Never heated above natural hive temperature to preserve all beneficial enzymes.
Hand-Bottled
Each jar is filled with care, labeled with harvest date and apiary location.
Questions About Us
All your A&A Honey questions answered here.
We started A&A in 2019 because we saw two needs in our Redlands community: bees that needed saving instead of exterminating, and families who deserved access to real, pure, local honey. Our faith calls us to be good stewards of God's creation, so we built a business that honors both the bees and our neighbors.
A&A represents our family—Aaron (founder & head beekeeper) and the second A has roots in our family legacy. It's also a reminder that we're here to serve with excellence ("A&A" quality in everything we do!).
Yes! Children over 1 year old can safely enjoy our raw honey. In fact, many parents choose our honey because it's a natural alternative to processed sugars and has immune-supporting properties. Our kids Adrian and Ava grew up eating honey straight from the hive!
Reminder: Never give honey to infants under 12 months.
