Return Policy

At AA Honey Co., we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help! Please read our return policy to understand the guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Honey and Food Items: All honey and food items are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a product issue. If you believe there is a problem with your honey or food item, please contact us, and we’ll work to resolve it.

  • Other Products: For non-food items, please initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Condition of Items: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned items do not meet these criteria.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Personalized products or final sale items (as specified on product pages) are not eligible for return.

  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If there is an issue with the order in which we made an error, A&A Honey will provide a pre-paid return label.

Return Process

  1. Initiate the Return: For eligible items, contact us at [aahoneyco@gmail.com] with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we’ll provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.

  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for inspection and processing.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. You’ll receive an email notification once your refund is processed.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of product defect or shipping error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
